The following are process/activities carried out under administration to support other departments in order to improve performance and provide quality services to its internal / external customers of NIFA:-
Procurement / Store
Transport i.e. keeps the entire transport road worthy.
House Rent Subsidy cases
Conducting of Internal and Federal Govt. Audit and replies there off for their settlements.
Medical Matters including indoor / outdoor treatment in hospitals and payments thereof.
Temporary Advances, Reimbursement / Adjustments.
Utility Bills e.g. Telephone, Mobile, Sui gas, Electricity and POL charges etc.
Diary/Dispatch of Institute dak.
In addition to above the Admin Personnel are assigned the following additional duties;
To Facilitate the Project Investigator in the Projects matters.
To facilitates in conducting Seminars & Training at Institute.
To arrange disposal/sales auction of various un-serviceable / serviceable and farm produce.
To assist / facilitate MR / DMR in ISO affairs on as and when required basis.
To Prepare / attend court cases on as and when required basis.
